| The Santa Clara Airstream Club was invited to attend the Patterson Apricot Fiesta Parade.
Over 1,000 people lined the streets and cheered as we drove by. |

26th Annual Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival

| Due to the downturn of our economy, we haven’t taken many RV trips, but we did drive down to Temecula to attend a fantastic weekend with our 7 animals.
We entered our 3 doggies in a doggie fashion show, AND WON 2 out of 3 possibilities – Thanks to our wardrobe designer “Maude” – of Lee and Pat in Oakland. Nellie was presented the top prize. The name of the fashion show was “PRETTIEST IN PINK” and Nellie was the only contestant wearing LOTS OF PINK – with her natural white under garment – go figure! |

Nellie won “prettiest in pink”; she was also given, in addition to her trophy, a hot pink boa, which I wore off the red carpet for her. |
We took all seven of our animals along for the weekend. Above our three cats are looking out the front door at an animal passing by. The three dogs were asleep elsewhere in the Airstream and Royce, our cockatoo was watching the cats. |
