Devil's Gate

1245 MDT: Back underway.

1315 MDT: MM 25 on U.S. 287 south to Rawlins

1555 MDT: Arrived at Rock Springs/Green River KOA RV park.  Still Wyoming weather: wind, wind, and more wind but no clouds or rain. Linda and Peter were the first to arrive as Linda, Ed, myself and Royce stopped at 11:30 for a lunch break and to visit the Mormon Handcart Historic Site – also known as Devil’s Gate. We took the picture of the entrance as well as my Airstream with the Devil’s Gate in the background. This KOA is like all of Wyoming roadside RV parks: gravelville and windville.
